4. The quotation provided is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you do not accept the quotation within 30 days, we reserve the right to change or withdraw the quotation.

5. For our custom-made products, an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the product has to be made before production.

We will provide you with payment instructions along with a final quote.

6. We guarantee the quality of our work and offer a warranty of up to 5 years for all the windows we produce. The exact terms of the guarantee are included in your quotation. Separate from the window warranty, GU has a 10-year warranty on their locking mechanisms and solutions.

7. By requesting a query, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason and also if your requested query includes false or incomplete information.

8. We may use the information provided in your product inquiry to discuss your circumstances and for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
